Here is a list of things addressed during the 2014 update: 1) Use of OKI/KYTC functional classification 2) Clarified visual representation of functional classification changes 3) Separation of "Proposed" roadway identification in the 2006 Comprehensive Plan into Programmed Realignments (roadways already identified as being funded projects) and Proposed Roads (potentially new road facilities that have no funding or state project identification). 4) Change of "Freeway" terminology in 2006 Comprehensive Plan to "Interstate"
